Chocolate Fondue

Fondue originated in Switzerland in the 1800s and seems like it was an easy answer to "what should we have for dinner?" - melt a bit of cheese, put out some stale bread, and dinner was on the table! While fondue (both cheese and chocolate) became popular in North America over sixty years ago, it seems to me that warm, melty food never goes out of style.
