St. Patrick's Day Peppermint Chip Shake

 

You could probably split this recipe between two people but honestly, one sip and you'll want to keep it all to yourself. This is the greatest low-sugar St. Patrick's Day Shake there is (in our humble opinion, anyway). Tastes just like mint chocolate chip ice cream!

 

*Nutritional details are based on using almond milk, and regular dark-chocolate chips.

How To Prepare

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 tsp vanillla
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1.5 - 2 tsp Sweet Cheat Spoonable Monk Fruit
  • 2 tsp dark chocolate chips
  • 4 drops green food dye

 

 

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency.
  2. Top with Sweet Cheat Vanilla Whipped Cream and additional chocolate chips if desired!
