Pumpkin Spice Latte


In honour of the first day of fall, a classic guilty pleasure is given a healthy makeover. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Sweet Cheat Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe.


A grande pumpkin spice latte at the coffee shop everyone associates it with (you know the one) will run you 50g of sugar. That’s double the daily recommended limit! This version has no added sugar and when made with unsweetened almond milk, it has 0g net carbs. I use a Snickerdoodle flavoured coffee which is amazing with almond milk.

How To Prepare


  • 1 Tbsp Sweet Cheat Spoonable Monk Fruit
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee (I use flavoured coffee)
  • 2 tsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milK


  1. ​Whisk first 5 ingredients together.
  2. Steam milk to warm it and froth or whisk vigorously.
  3. Pour warm milk over coffee mixture and enjoy!
