With cooler weather moving into Southwestern Ontario this week, baking becomes an option again. Warm peaches blanketed with a sugar-free cobbler topping is on the menu tonight!

 

This is a quick and comforting family dessert. Serve with Sweet Cheat Vanilla Whipped Cream.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Arrange the peaches in an oven-safe dish.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl until well mixed and spoon over the peaches.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with a little heavy cream poured over top if desired, or Sweet Cheat Vanilla Whipped Cream.
