You can turn this into a daiquiri by adding rum, like I did this past Cinco de Mayo when I realized I was out of tequila!

  1. Place lime juice, Spoonable Monk Fruit, tequila, and ice in a blender and pulse until well blended; add a splash of water if it's too thick
  2. Divide between two glasses and top with lime zest and garnish with a wedge of lime
