Grape Mojito

A friend of mine has a grape vine which is overflowing with grapes this year. We used some of them to whip up this tasty drink.

Full disclosure, I did put a filter on this drink to make it look pinker. It tastes amazing, but it does look a bit pale in the glass. But take one sip and I promise, once you get that hit of mint, lime, rum, and bubbly sweetness, you won't care what it looks like!
