Bunny Spice


Don't be put off by the odd-sounding combination of ingredients. The texture is cool, creamy, and refreshing, the taste is warm, sweet, and delicious. 


I adapted this recipe from a raw food cookbook. The vast majority of calories and sugar come from the banana, and the banana with the almond butter means it's quite filling - making it a great drink for kids who are busy and don't want to stop to eat, but still need energy to keep them going.


Note: I always make this recipe with 1 cup of water and 1 Tbsp almond butter, rather than 1 cup of almond milk and the nutritional information reflects this.

How To Prepare


  • 3/4 cup fresh carrot juice
  • 1 tsp Sweet Cheat Spoonable Monk Fruit
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or 1 cup water and 1 Tbsp almond butter)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon and/or ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
