Assemble all your ingredients and peel and cut up apples into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the apples with 1 tbsp of the Spoonable Monk Fruit, 1 tsp of the cinnamon, 1 tsp of the all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and 2 tbsp of water. Spread the apples evenly across the bottom of an 8x8 inch pan.
For the topping, mix together the oats, remaining 2 tbsp of Spoonable Monk Fruit, remaining 1 tsp of cinnamon, and the remaining 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour. Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the oat mixture, then use your fingers to rub the butter into the oat mixture to distribute it evenly.
Spread the oats evenly across the apples, place the dish in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
