Strawberry Ice Cream

You know when you see that tub of ice cream in the freezer and you excitedly open it up, only to find it's practically empty? That's a waste of freezer space and a waste of gleeful anticipation! A better thing to keep in your freezer is frozen milk: I freeze milk in silicone ice cube trays, then pop them out and store them in a freezer bag. That way, the family gets ice cream time anytime we want!
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Sweet Cheat Spoonable Monk Fruit
- 1.5 cups frozen 1% milk
- 1.5 cups frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Serve immediately.
