St. Patrick's Day Peppermint Shake

You could probably split this recipe between two people but honestly, one sip and you'll want to keep it all to yourself. This is the greatest low-sugar St. Patrick's Day Shake there is (in our humble opinion, anyway). Tastes just like mint chocolate chip ice cream!
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 tsp Sweet Cheat Spoonable Monk Fruit
- 2 tsp dark chocolate chips + extra for decorating
- 4 drops green food dye
- Sweet Cheat Vanilla Whipped Cream for decorating (optional)
Instructions

Place all ingredients (except Sweet Cheat Whipped Cream) in a blender and blend until smooth.

Top with whipped cream and additional chocolate chips if desired.
