You could probably split this recipe between two people but honestly, one sip and you'll want to keep it all to yourself. This is the greatest low-sugar St. Patrick's Day Shake there is (in our humble opinion, anyway). Tastes just like mint chocolate chip ice cream!
Place all ingredients (except Sweet Cheat Whipped Cream) in a blender and blend until smooth.
Top with whipped cream and additional chocolate chips if desired.
