Grape Mojito

Yield: 1 Serving
Cook & Prep Time: 5 minutes
A friend of mine has a grape vine which is overflowing with grapes this year. We used some of them to whip up this tasty drink.
One hit of mint, lime, rum, and bubbly sweetness, and you'll fall in love!
Ingredients
- 5-6 mint leaves
- Juice from ¼ lime, plus lime wedges to serve
- ½ tsp Sweet Cheat Spoonable Monk Fruit (or more to taste)
- 7-8 red grapes, cut in half
- 1 ½ oz rum
- Carbonated water
Instructions
1
Place mint leaves in a glass with the lime juice and Sweet Cheat Spoonable Monk Fruit.
2
Use a muddler or a spoon to stir the monk fruit into the juice and bruise the mint leaves.
3
Add the grapes to the glass along with the rum and stir well.
4
Top up the glass with sparkling water and enjoy!
