Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Yield: 1 Servings
Cook & Prep Time: 5 minutes
This recipe was invented by a colleague of mine and let me tell you, she struck gold. This recipe tastes like a decadent, peppermint hot chocolate you'd get at a local coffee shop, but without the sickly sugar overload. The clean flavour of the peppermint shines through the rich chocolate notes making it taste like a real treat.
