Blueberry Sauce

Glossy and vibrant, this sugar-free tangy blueberry sauce tastes like blueberry pie filling! Serve it over waffles, pancakes, ice cream, frozen yoghurt, and french toast.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Sweet Cheat Spoonable Monkfruit
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ tsp almond extract
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg or cinnamon
Instructions

In a saucepan, whisk together Sweet Cheat Spoonable Monk Fruit, cornstarch, and nutmeg or cinnamon.

Slowly add the water, whisking continuously to keep the mixture smooth.

Continuing to whisk, bring it all to a boil and then add your blueberries.

Bring it back to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for ten minutes.

Stir in almond extract.

Let cool slightly and serve.
